| Introduction | I am passionate about peace, justice, and social change. I'm the founding director of Global Village School, an international K-12 homeschool diploma program with creative and flexible methods and an emphasis on peace, justice, diversity, and sustainability. I created an online community called Power of the Heart; it’s about what I call “grassroots philanthropy.” The basic idea is that you don’t have to be rich to make a difference – all you need is an open heart. My work with Global Village and Power of the Heart is a natural extension of my passion for creating a more just, peaceful, and equitable world. I'm also a musician, writer, dream tender, and gardener. |
