Introduction	My coaching resume includes University of California at Davis Assistant Men's Swim Coach, various masters, high school, and age group swim teams including the Blackhawk HOX, Walnut Creek Aquabears, DAC Masters, UCD Masters, Northgate High School, and the North Shore Swim Club on Oahu. Coaching at UC Davis in 2009 we won the teams first Big West Conference Championship, which was the highlight of my career so far. I am also a former NCAA division one swimmer. I swam for UC Davis where I was captain of the men’s swim team. I am a Big West champion, and record holder. Prior to UC Davis I was a JC All-American Swimmer at Diablo Valley College. Originally from Hawaii, I competed at the high school and age group level in both swimming and water polo. My philosophy in coaching is: “Development of speed and speed endurance through technically sound, appropriate, and progressive interval training."
