Updates from 2009 HHMI Holiday Lectures

Location	Baton Rouge, LA
Introduction	I attend LSU Laboratory School in Baton Rouge, LA where I am now a senior (finally!). At U-High, as it's commonly called, I am in the IB Diploma Program but also manage to participate in other school activities including clubs and athletic teams. This past summer I was nominated to attend Louisiana Girl's State where I was elected the 2009 Girls' State Governor. I also participated in the 2009 National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine at Georgetown University and looking forward to my trip back to our nation's capital.
