Introduction	I am a wife,mama,friend, daughter, sister, therapist, amateur herbalist and BIG dreamer. All roles are incredibly valuable and important to me. I seek balance in each one, striving to not loose my sense of self in any of them. I love to hike, camp, run in the forest, x-country ski, knit, sew, listen to educational podcasts, make herbal concoctions, and have a really good soul-connecting conversation. I'm currently on the road with my loving husband and two quirky and fun daughters, doing travel therapy while exploring this big ole USA!
