| Introduction | My name is Clarice Spencer, I am 46 years old and the proud parent of Chantal, my 15 year old daughter. I received my Associates Degree from Cincinnati State College in Office Management. I am currently working on my undergraduate here at Franklin University for Human Resource Management and am so far loving it. I like to consider myself a late bloomer. While my peers where building their lives in their 20's, buying homes and having children, I was living in Dallas Texas with my husband (now my ex-husband) both working for American Airlines, and spent much of our time traveling the world. Today I do not get to travel as much. I have traded my travel partner for a much younger, lovelier, livelier, precosious 15 year old. life is good right now and the places we travel to I appreciate so much more. College has been a huge part of our lives. My experience as a late student has been rewarding and has opened my mind to so many new experiences. The knowledge that I have obtained as a student has been applied to many areas of my personal and professional life including preparing my daughter for life as a college student. |
