Introduction	I am a very large boy. 33 years old, 6'6" and around 240lbs. I live in Irvine with my wife Kristin and daughter Kayden. I Rowed Crew in college and took to Cycling like a duck to water. Found out what Ironman was and said “I can do that!” Well I did, and have continued to do more. Love everything about IM especially the motto; “Swim 2.4 miles, Bike 112 miles, Run 26.2 miles, Brag, for the rest of your life.”
