| Interests | I enjoy many different things. My taste is very eclectic. I enjoy visiting old places that are full of history, as well as theme parks and botanical gardens. I enjoy going to antique shops, and yet I also love tech, being a bit of a gamer since I was a child. I am also a bit of an amateur photographer, and I love being out in nature where I can capture "moments in time". |
| Favorite movies | I really enjoy the Lord of the Rings trilogy that came out in the early 2000's, having had the privilege of seeing them in the theater. I also love the first Conjuring and Insidious movies. In recent years, I've come to love the "Flanaverse" series that have been on Netflix, including "The Haunting of Hill House", "The Haunting of Bly Manor", "Midnight Mass", and "The Midnight Club". I'm really looking forward to his final Netflix series that is slated to be released in late 2023, "The Fall of the House of Usher". I also enjoy true crime shows, including "Unsolved Mysteries", "Cold Case Files", and many others. |
| Favorite music | I appreciate a lot of different music, but I am particularly fond of some of the late 60's and 70's music. The haunting melody of "Nights in White Satin" by the Moody Blues can still take me to another place and time. I also appreciate female singers that have a slight raspiness to their voices, such as Stevie Nicks, Adele, and Melissa Etheridge. |
| Favorite books | I grew up reading Anne Rice, Stephen King, J.R.R. Tolkien, Robert Jordan, C.S. Lewis, and Mercedes Lackey, so I have an appreciation for fantasy series. I also appreciate the works of George R.R. Martin. In addition, I enjoy reading the works of Dan Brown. |
