Introduction	My name is Manny and I'm a lot of things. I'm a geek. I'm awkward. I'm a chef, a thrifter, a fat kid, a fair weather sports fan, and a gamer. Above all else I'm a single dad of two beautiful girls. My hope is that this blog will find others that share the same passions and inspire other chameleons to stay green (although I heard it aint that easy).
