| Introduction | I am an intersex individual and 'male to female' transsexual. I went to see my GP regarding gender issues in 2009 and in 2010 was diagnosed as having Kleinfelder syndrome (a genetic intersex condition). Having been perceived as male at birth and raised as such, I transitioned in July 2009. I am of European descent and was born and raised in South London, UK. I am married to a cis female who had two children from a previous marriage. One of them 18 and at home with us, the other 22 and living away from home.
