Introduction	Neil K. Newell has written numerous plays, screenplays, novels, and his byline has appeared on more than 100 articles in national publications. He has worked for many years for LDS Welfare Services and teaches creative writing at Brigham Young University. He received a MFA degree in professional writing from the University of Southern California. His second novel, "The Book of Malchus" published by Deseret Book will appear in bookstores in October, 2010.
