Introduction	Love people, but also don't mind my own company. Find Tahoe a very spiritual place. Am originally from London so need to get my city fix every so often.It energizes me and keeps me on my toes. Travelling keeps one interested in life and interesting.
Interests	Everything outdoors, theatre, cinema, reading, entertaining, progressive dinners, gym rat
Favorite movies	Too many to list, but "A Fish Called Wanda" is up there and most recently really enjoyed everything about "Julie, Julia"
Favorite music	Anything but rap and find country too sad.
Favorite books	I prefer non fiction to fiction, however have one of each beside my bed - "Iconoclast" and "Winter in Madrid". Both are excellent reads.

Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:

The same way you do with an orange, start from the top and create a "rose" petal by the time you get to the bottom. Easy and pretty.
