| Introduction | Trained lawyer. studied in Zimbabwe and the UK. Have worked in Zimbabwe, Jersey and the UK. Have written for various Zimbabwean newspapers and news websites. Whenever I am home in Zimbabwe, I like to obesrve ordinary people and admire how they manage to go from tday to day, the challenges notwithstanding. There is a rich sense of humour, carried in language that is ever evolving, helping them to carry the daily burdens. These observations have inspired many of the stories that I have written and continue to write. I like to think the lives of ordinary people reveal a great deal about society than the stories of big politicians and other personalities that the media focuses on most of the time. |
