| Introduction | 10 years experienced Sr. software developer and team lead. I manage off-shore and on-shore teams. My team size is between 5 - 12 developer. My first project was applet development based on java 1.1. now, I am doing java, flex, photoshop, c# and visual basic6.0, sql, etc..
