About me

IntroductionIn 1994, I started practicing yoga because I was looking for a way to gently exercise and improve my flexibility. Beyond exercise, I developed a sense of tranquility and a deeper understanding of my body and mind. Today, beyond my own practice, I am excited to bring yoga to others. My hope is that they will achieve the same benefits that I have found.
