| Introduction | Prof. Dr. Lakshman Madurasinghe, MSc., PhD, Th.D., is a visionary theologian, Attorney-at-Law, and clinical psychologist bridging the gap between clinical science and apostolic ministry. His rigorous academic background underpins his ecclesiastical leadership. With a tenure spanning the Academic Board of EDU Brussels to the founding of the International Inst of Theology (Arabian Gulf in 1990), he is the author of four books, the first Asian Watson Scholar and Int Faculty of the Haggai Institute USA, and a founder of the Brain Technology & Neuroscience Centre. Today, he serves as the International Chairman of Medicina Alma Ata-1962 with branches in 100 countries, Chair of the Judicial and Archbishops’ Councils for the Synod of the Global Full Gospel Apostolic Dioceses and Churches USA. In this role, he champions the integration of the e-Consciousness model—anchored in the alignment of Competence, Character, Commitment, and Consciousness—into global ecclesiastical leadership to foster true Pneumatological unity. |
