| Introduction | I am many things - a woman, daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, entrepreneur, divorcee, single mother, great-aunt, grandmother, unemployed and gainfully employed. I've gone by several names - Deborah, Debbie, Deb, Sam, Big Sis, Aunt Debbie, Mom and now Grams. With a lot of people unemployed these days, I know that is not unique. And, things were tight while I was unemployed. But, having come from resourceful people who weathered the aftermath of the Great Depression, I like to think I'm a bit resourceful too. My goal is to work toward simplifying my life while improving the quality of same. I love my family, being a Mom and a Grandmother. I also love to cook, garden, crochet and other crafts and things Celtic - I love being creative! |
