| Introduction | Our mission is to promote the use of Chicago parks, forest preserves, and recreational areas through the sport of Ultimate, and to teach Chicago youths how to achieve healthy and active lifestyles. In FOTP Ultimate Programs, Teens learn about the game of Ultimate, how the human body responds to changes caused by exercise, and how proper nutrition and hydration can contribute to their overall health and well-being. Ultimate Program pre-apprenticeships are open to teens aged 14-18, and offer stipends to participants who complete the program with good attendance. |
