| Favorite movies | The Big Year, Galaxy Quest, Beach Party, most Disney/Pixar films...I rarely watch movies, actually. Hayley Mills is my idol. That dates me just fine. |
| Favorite music | Oysterband, Webb Wilder, Vivaldi...I don't listen to music much, actually...I get earworms. Gad, I sound so dull. My favorite Monkee was Mike "Woolhat" Nesmith. I saw them in concert. How ancient *am* I, huh? |
| Favorite books | The Mysterious Island (Verne), Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey-Maturin series, Arthur Ransome's Swallows and Amazons series, Tove Jansson's Moomintroll books, Angela Thirkell...mostly I read nonfiction though...history, nature, art, travel, dinosaurs. Yeah, you read that right. Dinosaurs *never* go out of style. |
