IntroductionI'm Kahra, a 30-something mom of two who is determined to beat OCD. I've had varying degrees of OCD since childhood, though it has only been severe twice. The first time, it manifested as an eating disorder. This time, I have developed contamination phobias. This blog is meant to chronicle my journey out of OCD. I've already made considerable progress, and I've done it on my own. There's still a long way to go. OCD isn't fun. I am not the type to sugar coat. This is my blog, the story of my personal struggle; don't be shocked and clutch your pearls when you come across my more colorful language. OCD places enough demands on me and I refuse to set more limits on myself - particularly since I am using this as a therapeutic tool of sorts. I refuse to the the human embodiment of OCD, a disorder walking around in the form of a person. I want my life back, my indentity as a person with goals, hopes, dreams, and all the good stuff I used to take for granted. I want my life back, and I intend to get it. Welcome to my blog.

Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?

Nope. I believe that spoons and forks got together and created sporks.
