| Introduction | OK, I’m going to blow my super hero secret identity. I am the real estate dude. Faster than a speeding escrow, more powerful than a bad credit report, able to leap tall appraisers at a single bound. Look! Falling asleep at his desk! It’s YOUR REAL ESTATE DUDE! My name is Joel Persinger. I’ve lived in San Diego County since 1969 and started practicing real estate in East County in 1990. I’ve held lots of impressive positions with big companies (like VP of Sales & Marketing). I’ve been interviewed by TV news and print as an industry expert (yes, I was a talking head.. yuck!). I’ve taught classes for Realtors and been featured on nation-wide conference calls. I even give seminars for buyers, sellers and investors and I’m a real estate investor myself. But you don’t want to hear about that. I started this site because I think its cool to have a place where folks can get the answers they need free and without a sales pitch.
