Introduction	I have been fascinated by foreign languages since childhood. I pursued Spanish for many years and it led me to teach Spanish. Two of my grandchildrens first language is Japanese and that was a compelling reason to study Japanese. Among the friends I made studying Japanese, one brought me into the Mac world and all that that enriches so here I am pursuing a blog as a journal and as an album because I have been so taken with some of the food bloggers that I have read.
