| Introduction | Heya! My name is Shannon and I'm a vegan from the States. I moved to Europe with my 17 year old cat, Sammy, and 3 years later met the man of my dreams (and married him!) I'm pretty lazy when it comes to exercising, and I have a huge sweet tooth. Those things finally began to play against me and I started noticing grannies zooming past me on hikes :´( After watching a Tae-Bo video of Billy Blanks talk about how great of shape he is in for a 52 year old, I made a promise to myself to finally start taking care of my body (so I can at least make it up our 3rd floor apartment steps without getting out of breath). This site is to help motivate myself and hopefully some others to live a healthier vegan lifestyle, and also learn a little bit about fitness, beauty, health, and most importantly, some DIY tips for all of us on a budget! |
