| Introduction | The idea for this blog began a few years ago after being asked by an omnivore, "So, what do vegans eat, anyway?", to which a rather defensive omnivore rudely replied, "Nothing!". As well, my girlfriend Marya suggested I start the blog because we should show everyone how easy it is to be vegan, adding "What the hell are you going to do with all the food pictures you take, anyway?". Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Expandability, mostly because I eat a lot. Flexibility is important, though, especially when reaching for my beer.
