| Introduction | Why PSYCH-K®? Mary and Greg Walter find PSYCH-K® to be an effective and quick way to change their limiting beliefs to empowering beliefs that support their goals. Having practiced positive affirmations and positive thinking for several years but still feeling stuck on some goals Mary kept looking for a way to break out of the rut. She found PSYCH-K® through a chain of events that some would call coincidence. From a book by Dr. Wayne Dyer she read the book “The Biology of Belief” by Dr. Bruce Lipton which led to Rob Williams' "PSYCH-K®”. Mary tested out the process with instant success.
