Introduction	My name is Amanda Aponte and I am a senior at John Jay College. In the spring 2011 I will have my Bachelors of Art Justice Studies and minors in History, English, Philosophy, and Journalism. I will be graduating Magna Cum Lade and applying to graduate school for journalism for the fall 2011. I originally started this blog for a journalism class for Professor Harner (one class was called Beat Reporting the other was an independent study.) I am a staff writer/photographer (and sometimes copywriter) for the John Jay Sentinel.
