| Favorite books | Just finished "Animal Liberation", I had a lot of qualms as I'm pretty sensitive about these issues but I'm glad I did; "The Mystery of Consciousness", a favorite topic and very easy to read introduction from Searle's perspective. Currently reading: "The Mind's I", great little collection of essays/stories related to consciousness/cognitive science/philosophy of mind and AI; McSweeney's #26, always delightful both in packaging and content. Newly purchased: "Veganomicon", I'm going to totally get fat with this tool of the devil. |
