Location	Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Introduction	I am a forty-something, mother to two beautiful girls, ages 7 & 9, living in North Idaho. I am married to a passionate hunter, fisherman & entrepreneur. Like many in this breathtakingly beautiful part of the world, I am a California transplant. We transplanted via six years in Seattle when the earth shattering events of 9/11 occurred and the thought of raising our then 6 month old daughter in a large city seemed unsafe. Fast forward. In the midst of a recession in which nearby homes are being abandoned and small businesses are shutting their doors, I am on a quest to take a step back and simplify the life of our family. Living the 'Simple Life' means many different things to many people. This blog is a chronicle of our journey to the simple life.
