Self-released LPs, hand distributed demo tapes, deleted CD titles, dropped artists - we strive to provide an endless resource of obscure and oddball audio entertainment. We do not consider ourselves creatures of taste. We are concerned not with "quality" or artistic merit, and prefer to document outlandish and unusual visions committed to recorded media. Our libraries abound with thrift store finds: 8 tracks, audio letters on cassette, answering machine tapes, home recorded VHS videos, electronic toy instruments. |
