| Introduction | I believe that anyone can feel amazing regardless of their age or diagnosis by working with their body and nurturing it back to health rather than suppressing it. I believe this because I see it happen every day and have experienced it myself. It’s time that as a culture we take charge of our health and understand what our body needs rather than looking for a quick fix. It’s time we change the view that healthy is boring, complicated and even a sacrifice. There is nothing boring about springing out of bed in the morning, eating delicious food that also nourishes you, having stellar digestion, glowing skin and feeling like a badass in the kitchen. Health is the side effect of 1,000s of little decisions but really starts with 1 big decision: respecting the body that you were given and treating it like the temple it is.
