Introduction	My wonderful husband, Ernie, and I have been very blessed with two adorable little girls, Ainsley and Ella. I love to plan parties and create fun and tasty treats, especially focusing on sugar free options. After my dad found out that he was diabetic, over 10 years ago, I made it my mission to make all of his favorite sweets so that he would still be able to enjoy them...without the sugar! Unfortunately, we lost my dad in December of 2010. I miss him every day...I am starting this blog in his memory, so others who are diabetic or trying to live without sugar, can enjoy themselves!
