| Introduction | I began making and designing bears in 1986 at my kitchen table. I took that business to a manufacturing level and now sell my designs to stores all over the world. I also do my own one of a kind studio pieces. I have also written books on making and designing bears and other animals. I was the main designer for the `Little Gem Teddy Bear Company` and also designed big bears for `Teddy Herman Original in Germany.
