Introduction	I have been vegan since April 9th 2009. It started off as a 30 day challenge. After 30 days I felt so great that I didn't look back. I have been enjoying cooking and finding new restaurants and all things vegan. I want to share easy great recipes and all things that have made this life style so much fun. I am not a photographer and far from a chef. When people find out I am vegan they always say "That must be so hard" Well, this blog is all about how easy and rewarding it is and I hope you find it helpful.
Interests	Vegan Cooking, French Bulldogs, Music, Fashion, Vespas, training for Marathons when inspired. (needing some inspiration at the moment)
Favorite movies	All things Wes Anderson and John Hughes. And my favorite TV show is currently True Blood
Favorite music	British, Goth, Metal, Electro, First Wave Ska.
Favorite books	Vegan Cook Books, The Sookie Stackhouse Series, Eating Animals by Jonathan Safran Foer, and of course what kind of foodie would I be without having read and enjoyed all of Michael Pollan's books
