Introduction	Art is a never ending journey for me. When I was a young girl, my family would go to our mountain cabin and my father, grandmother and I would sit outside painting with oil paints for hours. As I got a little older, my father taught me how to use a torch and we made sterling silver jewelry with exotic stones. I sold the jewelry to my friends. This was my first experience at selling my art. I was hooked! I love a challenge, so when ever I see a painting or piece of jewelry I love, I think to myself "I can do that", so I keep trying until I've done it. That's how I learned to make glass beads on a torch. Right now I'm enjoying painting in mixed media. With those paintings I'm creating jewelry and also having those images printed on items such as purses and messenger bags.
