Introduction	Guess I have always been interested in cooking. As a kid I paid attention to what my mom, grand moms, aunts cooked, their little trade secrets that made some of their dishes so special. My Dad would joke that I would grow up to be a Chef; Not quite though!! I started cooking out of sheer necessity when I migrated to US. Over the years I have collected, experimented with tons of recipes from my Mom, my lovely wife, our aunts; friends, of course the infinite resource internet. With hectic life schedule and two little kids, my wife, I found it extremely challenging to cook fresh healthy food every day. Few years ago, I discovered the slow cooker method. Initially skeptical, I fell in love with this method as with a little prep it did most of the work we came home to delicious, healthy, sumptuous meals. Extensive research proved that there were only handful resources for Indian meals cooked in a Slow Cooker. I thus started adopting my most favorite Indian recipes to this method, everybody raves about the dishes. Thus I started this blog to archive my recipes share with you all. I hope you will enjoy these recipes as much as my family and friends do. Enjoy!!
