Introduction	Josh is a fifth-year rabbinical student at Hebrew Union College. He is presently a rabbinical intern at Beth Haverim Shir Shalom, where he is teaching a course on Jewish life and photography, called "Through a Jewish Lens." This blog is part of an ongoing project by his students to document Jewish life as it relates to the food and food cultures of different Jewish communities around the world.
