| Introduction | Before relocating to the Bay Area, Brad and his family lived in Indiana where he was in Law Enforcement for 10 years working his way to Corporal and supervising a shift of Officers. Once Brad relocated to California, he decided to change course to pursue his passion for fitness in the bay area where he saw an active lifestyle as a huge influence in the public eye. Brad earned his Personal Trainer Certification from The American Council on Exercise and has since attended many fitness workshops, and earned numerous specialized Certifications in fitness and nutrition. He remains active within the law enforcement industry by training officers from various agencies throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties, but his clients also include retirees, new mothers and brides to be. Brad has a playful and caring relationship with his clients, considering them not only good friends, but family. He continues to challenge not only his clients, but himself - to maintain a healthy lifestyle and reach new goals. Don’t be shy, ask Brad what he’s doing this week to push himself.
