| Introduction | After more than twenty years of working in the fine wine and dining world, I decided to devote more time to the exploration of the world's wine regions, through tasting the wines and travelling to the places they come from. To begin the journey, I started a wine club, meeting every other week on Salt Spring Island. Every session, 20 wine travellers taste their way through different wine regions, watching film clips and enjoying food pairings. I hope to continue to travel and taste my way through the world's wine regions, sharing what I find along the way. |
