| Introduction | I'm launching this blog because this year I am head of the room mothers for the Springdale Elementary PTA. This year there are new nutritional guidelines for the district and there is a lot of confusion surrounding them. Hopefully I can share recipes and ready-to-buy snack ideas for classroom parties that follow the new rules. I've been reading a lot about food in the last few years and carefully reading nutrition labels since my oldest son was diagnosed with anaphylactic peanut and treenut allergies 6 years ago. |
