| Introduction | Joe Self Defense (real name Joe Landry) is an instructor with the self defense company. For years Joe has wanted to back pack across Canada. Joe finally decided that today was the day. He and his girlfriend Tara sold the house, most of their possestions and set out on an adventure centered around martial arts and self defense. Follow Joe and Tara's experiences as they move from town to town, meeting new people and training with who ever will take the time to share their experience and knowledge.
