Introduction I saw a movie about a newspaper journalist who goes back to high school as an ‘undercover reporter’. At the end of the movie when she’s sitting to write the article about her experience she says she heard it said once that to be a good writer you have to write what you know. Well, this is what I know. I know what it’s like to be my husband's wife and mother to our 3 beautiful children. I know that I'm blessed beyond words to be able to stay home and be a homemaker and mother to my kids. Some days run smoothly where the kids rarely fuss and they get along, the housework is light and dinner comes out just right. Then there are days when everyone seems to have gone wild and I feel like a zoo keeper. I want to put the kids in cages because they’re cranky, fighting or bouncing off the walls, housework seems to have tripled over night and dinner is whatever I can scrounge together before my husband gets home from work. All the craziness of life can be overwhelming, but, I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. I hope you enjoy some of the fun and craziness of my life as the Zoo Keeper.
