Introduction	I was forced into becoming and Elder Abuse advocate after watching the trustees from Devon Bank (Richard Block) hire Josh Mitzen (for profit guardian) to drug a little old man in order to steal his entire estate and person. I am now working on new legislation and reform. 2012 - I am being sued for defamation by Janna Dutton, Josh Mitzen, Richard Block and Devon Bank - they're billing Mr. Ziarnik and now Johnson & Bell is profiting. 2016 - I agreed to take down the alleged defamatory snippets because in good faith and good conscience, I can't let their attorney (Pioli) exploit a dead man. He'll drag it out forever. 2011- The Judicial Inquiry Board investigated Judge Kawamoto and forced her into early retirement. 2013 - The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations investigated Richard Block. He's guilty of exploiting elderly senior citizens. There is proof on my blog.
