Introduction | I have been a graphic designer for many years, creating web interfaces, logos, marketing collateral, and publications for many different companies and industries. Although I'm now a full-time artist, I also contract with my former employer to create web-based training courses using the Adobe e-learning suite. Previous positions included web infrastructure support in corporate IT for 6 years, and full-time graphic/web design at several universities (MIT, Johns Hopkins, Medical College of Wisconsin) in the 1990's. My first full-time job out of college was as the "Computer Resource Director" teaching software to grade school and high school students, back when most people didn't have PCs or Internet connections. |
Interests | Making art is like breathing, to me. It's sustaining, it's healing, it's delight. It's how I celebrate; it's how I learn; it's how I show love, care, and respect; it's how I cope. -------------------------------- I've never been one to settle on a single "brand." Life is complex and varied; so is art. For that reason, there will be a wide variety of subject matter, sizes, and mediums offered here. |
