About me

Location Brookfield, WI
Introduction I have been a graphic designer for many years, creating web interfaces, logos, marketing collateral, and publications for many different companies and industries. Although I'm now a full-time artist, I also contract with my former employer to create web-based training courses using the Adobe e-learning suite. Previous positions included web infrastructure support in corporate IT for 6 years, and full-time graphic/web design at several universities (MIT, Johns Hopkins, Medical College of Wisconsin) in the 1990's. My first full-time job out of college was as the "Computer Resource Director" teaching software to grade school and high school students, back when most people didn't have PCs or Internet connections.
Interests Making art is like breathing, to me. It's sustaining, it's healing, it's delight. It's how I celebrate; it's how I learn; it's how I show love, care, and respect; it's how I cope. -------------------------------- I've never been one to settle on a single "brand." Life is complex and varied; so is art. For that reason, there will be a wide variety of subject matter, sizes, and mediums offered here.
