| Favorite music | I'll listen to just about anything, but if it brings glory to my God, then it's probably a favorite of mine. I've heard a lot of music that's out there, but I'm pretty particular. Just because it's popular doesn't mean I like it and vice versa. I don't know an exorbitant number of artists or songs by name; never been great with names. But if you ask me if I like a song that I'm listening to, I'll be quite honest about it. Music is something that grows on me. I've heard artists and songs that made me irritated at first, but the more I listened to it, the more I would fall in love with it. However, make me listen to a bumpin' song about drugs, womanizing, and murder and you'll find it affects me oppositely. Music is a language I speak here and there. Language can be abused and used poorly, but in each note, each word, exists the power to radically alter our existence! |
