Introduction	This blog is about me trying to do better the I ever have at least once. I am a 4x year old (x because its bigger then 5) married guy with 2 children, Lorraine and Christopher. Play Bass in a Pub band (2 piece) at weekends and self employed Computer Guy by day. The rest of the time I run and run and run and run.
