Introduction I am starting this blog, for motivation for myself, but also to maybe motivate someone along the way. This will be a very candid and personal page of my weight loss journey. I started my weight loss journey on October 26, 2012. I have lost 49.6 pounds so far, to date. (3-20-13) I have lost my weight by doing Weight Watchers and exercising. My starting weight was 250.8 pounds. My goal is not to be skinny but to be healthy. My end goal that I would like to be is about 150 pounds. However, I will see what my body feels most comfortable at. Starting a blog about my personal weight loss journey is a little frightening for me. I will admit that I am still very self conscious. I really wanted to start this blog to help me stay accountable. I will post about my daily life along with struggles that I deal with on my journey to becoming healthy. Disclaimer: I am by no means a Doctor. This is just my personal experience. You should talk to a doctor before starting a weight loss program.
