Introduction	I'm a 40 year old woman and mother of two children. An 20 year old daughter and a 7 year old son. My main focus in life other than my kids is weight. Or let's just call it what it is FAT. I have lot's of it. I've been on a weight loss journey for many years. A lot of up and down, highs and lows. I'll be blogging about this journey. You may see recipes, exercise routines, my step count and just daily thoughts and emotions. Let me also warn you that I can be really sarcastic. Usually, just in good fun. I also swear/cuss every now and again. Try not to be offended it's just me being me. :)
Favorite movies	Grease, Color Purple, 5 Heartbeats, What's Love Got To Do With It. I sense a bit of a theme.(lol)
Favorite music	Mostly R&B, hip hop and I love latin. Even if I can't understand the words.(lol)
