| Introduction | My name is David, I'm 23 and on 10th January 2013 I embarked on my very first weight loss effort. At that time my weight was around 270lbs and counting. After making the decision to change my life, starting with my health, I have now lost around 70lbs. I still have a long, long way to go and I am using this blog to document the next phase of my journey. I expect a long and bumpy road, but I know that my future self will thank me for the blood, sweat and tears endured to get there. |
