Introduction	I've been to hell and came back. I am afraid of the nightmare to repeat again and again. Fighting my demons to stay strong and riding my bike to release the stress. I have 2 daughters that I love to death and the oldest suffers from a mental illness and few people understand that it is a condition same as cancer or diabetes... she needs to take her daily medications and she has relapses. Due to the illness comes a compulsive behavior and addiction. After her first suicide attempt I relate my bike rides to what happened that specific date. I'm 100% sure that my bike and my training has kept me sane thru this. I pray that she will recover with the help of God, the love of friends and family and all the wonderful support groups out there.
