| Introduction | This blog is basically my homage to vintage fashion. When I say fashion I mean the clothes, the shoes, the hair and the makeup specifically from the early 40's to the late fifties early 60's. For as long as I can remember Ive loved the style and glamor of the 40's and 50's. People say I was born in the wrong era but I beg to differ.If I lived in the 40's or 50's or hell, even the 60's for that matter, Id have probably been a maid.Since I hate cleaning toilets and only enjoy serving people at my own cocktail parties, this would have been a tragedy. Im excited to live in the here and now where I have the freedom to do what I want( within reason) and dress any way I please! This blog was created as a way to share my joy and love of vintage fashion, share all my favorite places for great vintage finds and to pretty much ramble on about whatever my little vintage heart desires . |
