| Introduction | I've just finished my degree and decided to share some of my interests while I am at home. I think I am going to make it a point of this blog to try to increase the visibility of many lesser-known Caribbean cooking ingredients. It is fascinating to me how some real staples of our diet are unknown to a wider audience, and sometimes even within the Caribbean itself. There is some fascinating stuff out there. |
